Legal Intern (School Year)
Barnard Iglitzin & Lavitt, LLP (Seattle), the Pacific Northwest’s largest and oldest union-side labor and employment firm, seeks a paid legal intern for 10-15 hours per week during the school year for our dynamic litigation practice. We are looking for a candidate with an outstanding academic background and demonstrated commitment to social justice and the labor movement. Our clients include, among many others, nurses, hotel, hospital, and homecare workers; flight attendants and pilots; educators; fire fighters; machinists; teamsters; longshore workers; and those in the building trades.
Compensation/benefits: $30 per hour; non-expiring/cashable Paid Time Off; Extended Sick Leave; Paid Birth Leave; 11 paid annual holidays; and parking or transportation allotment.
