Labor/ERISA Associate
Gregorio, Stec, Klein & Hosé has an opening for an associate attorney with three (3) or more years’ experience in union-side labor law and/or employee benefits law. The successful candidate will perform both labor and employee benefits work.
On the labor side, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include advising and representing local unions on contract administration and administering the organization’s internal affairs, policies and programs.
On the employee benefits side, the candidate’s work will include assisting benefit plan personnel, trustees and unions with the full range of issues faced by all types of employee benefit plans, including drafting and review of plan documents, service provider contracts and participant
communications.
There will also be opportunities to represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations and other venues.
