The firm is located in Melville, New York and represents clients throughout the State of New York. All attorneys in our firm have extensive client contact and are exposed to litigation in federal and state courts as well as arbitration proceedings. The firm is willing to consider attorneys with experience or recent law school graduates with a demonstrated commitment to social justice and workers' rights. The firm’s practice necessitates significant independent responsibility, diligent case management, and a willingness to learn various aspects of union/employment law, including LMRA and Taft-Hartley ERISA Fund work.
