Bush Gottlieb, a progressive public interest law firm, has represented union benefit trust funds and labor unions for 50 years, including employee benefit plans in new and established industries, local and international labor unions, as well as representing employees in wage and hour class actions and individual employee rights cases. Bush Gottlieb is seeking an attorney with at least three (3) years’ experience to join its employee benefits trust fund practice. An ideal candidate would have experience and a demonstrated interest in advising health and welfare and pension plans in litigation, all aspects of plan administration, and ERISA compliance. The position will focus on compliance, plan design, litigation, and subrogation enforcement.

Compensation for the position is between $115,000 and $133,000, annually, depending on experience. We also offer excellent benefits, including fully paid family medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and employer contributions towards a 401(k) plan. Associate attorneys are eligible for annual bonuses.
