Charny & Wheeler P.C. is a boutique union-side labor and plaintiff-side employment law firm based in Rhinebeck, New York, with a satellite office in New York City. Charny & Wheeler's practice is evenly split between union-side labor work (collective bargaining, grievance/arbitration, and union counsel work) and plaintiff's employment law (intakes, demand letters, and state and federal litigation in all areas of employment law, including a heavy trial docket).
Charny & Wheeler is proud to provide the highest caliber of representation to unions and workers in all aspects of workplace law, whether that is to provide counsel to a minimum wage worker all the way to negotiating employment agreements and separation agreements to C-suite executives. Charny & Wheeler's trial practice is robust and particularly successful, securing multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of individuals and class actions.

The firm also pays year-end bonuses as well as profit share if/when there are significant recoveries.
- Comprehensive Healthcare: The firm offers health insurance benefits if needed with a modest employee contribution.
- 401K: The firm matches employee 401K contributions currently up to 3%, although that may increase in the future.
