Student Law Clerk - Fall 2026

Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP is looking for a student Law Clerk to join our team for the fall semester in 2026. Applicants should be current law school students with strong research and writing skills. Coursework in labor, employment, and/or employee benefits law is preferred. Experience working with labor unions, union-affiliated employee benefit plans, and individual workers and journal and/or moot court experience are a plus. Compensation is $40/hour.

Please include a cover letter explaining what has drawn you to work for the labor movement, as well as a resume, law school transcript, and legal writing sample. This is a part-time position (clerks generally work 20 hours per week) and it can be remote, in-person, or hybrid.
