Dowd, Bloch, Bennett, Cervone, Auerbach and Yokich, LLP seeks an associate with 2-5 years experience. We represent a wide variety of private and public sector unions, benefits funds, and individuals.

The work of a new associate would include labor arbitrations, federal and state court litigation and trials before federal and state administrative agencies. Excellent analytical and writing skills required. We prefer candidates with basic trial experience seeking to build on that experience. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Salary range from $75,000 to $105,000 with annual performance bonus; medical, dental, and vision coverage; and 401(k) plan with employer profit sharing.
