The ideal candidate for the position will have at least one year of experience in employee benefits law or union-side labor law.  However, candidates with less than one year of experience and recent graduates are welcome to apply and we would also welcome applications from lawyers with more experience, including experience working in the labor movement or for benefit funds or the government. Responsibilities will include advising trustees and personnel of multiemployer plans on administration, compliance issues, and engaging in plan-related litigation.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
