FJWW, a plaintiffs’- and union-side workers’ and civil rights firm, seeks an attorney with 0-2 years of post-law school experience in litigation and/or clerkship(s) to serve a one-year term as a Workplace Justice Fellow, beginning in the summer or early fall of 2025. Candidates should be licensed to practice in California or expect to be awaiting California bar exam results, and have excellent research and writing skills, a strong academic record, and a demonstrated commitment to workers’ rights or other forms of community and public service. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as are experience or expertise with statistical or other quantitative analysis and familiarity with financial instruments, the financial services industry, labor unions, and/or the health care industry. We offer excellent benefits as well as ample paid vacation and sick leave. Fellows are provided a CLE budget to cover conferences and trainings.
