The IAM National Benefits Fund, which includes the IAM National Pension Fund, the IAM Benefit Trust Fund, and the IAM 401(k) Fund, is currently seeking a staff attorney to join its Legal Department.  The attorney should have 3-6 years of experience working with ERISA regulations, reviewing and drafting plan documents, assisting with participant benefit appeals, cybersecurity compliance, and vendor contracts. Strong research and writing skills are essential.
