Description: Job entails research and writing, with a mix of short-term and long-term projects. Work will focus on legal aspects of internal union administration; numerous federal labor, civil rights, and related statutes; and assistance with developing and implementing union policy initiatives. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with OPEIU, Local 2.

Requirements: Excellent analytical and writing skills and commitment to the labor movement are required. Must be enrolled in an accredited law school. Second- and third-year students preferred, but first-year students with a strong background will be considered.
Hours: 10-20 hours per week during the school year, and full-time (36.25 hours/week) during the summer. Applicants who can commit to the spring and summer semesters are preferred.
Pay: $26.3593 per hour.
