Spring 2027 Labor Law Clerk

Levy Ratner, P.C., a New York City firm representing workers, unions and employee benefit funds, seeks a part-time (2.5 days/week), on-site, paid law clerk for the Spring 2027 semester. Our law clerks assist our work with legal research and writing, document review and fact research, cite-checking and more, with the potential for client contact and exposure to collective bargaining, arbitration, administrative proceedings and litigation.

Essential qualifications:

• Excellent research and writing skills and ability to work under short deadlines.
• Experience and/or commitment to the labor movement and protecting and advancing workers’ rights.
• Completed or in-progress coursework in labor and/or employment law (so 2Ls and 3Ls only, please).
