Levy Ratner, P.C. seeks an associate with 0-5 years of experience to join our group of lawyers committed to providing employees and unions with high quality, creative, and dynamic representation in the areas of labor, employment, civil rights, and employee benefits law. Our clients are unions in a wide range of industries, including health care, utilities, cultural institutions, higher education, legal services, publishing and building services, who are committed to the fight for economic and racial justice and aggressive organizing of unrepresented workers. We also represent individuals and classes of employees in a variety of civil rights and wage and hour matters, and advise employees in connection with employment transitions and general employment matters.

We look for lawyers who share our deep commitment to the rights of working people and/or public interest law, seek significant client responsibility early in their career and are prepared to work hard and creatively on behalf of our clients.

Salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 depending on years of experience, plus excellent benefits.
