Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP, a Buffalo, New York law firm, represents labor unions, benefit funds, and individual employees throughout upstate New York. We are currently looking for an ERISA benefits attorney.

Responsibilities will primarily include ERISA benefits matters (including compliance issues, counseling, and litigation).  You will have frequent and direct interaction with our benefit fund and labor clients.   You will be supervised by experienced ERISA and Labor Attorneys.  You will help design health and retirement benefits that meet the needs of unionized employees, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and assist with the proper administration of those benefits. You should also expect to spend a portion of their time on labor and employment matters.

All candidates should have excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills and a strong commitment to unions and employee rights.
