Livingston, Adler, Pulda, Meiklejohn & Kelly PC, is an eight-attorney labor and employment law firm in Hartford, Connecticut. For over forty years, our practice has been dedicated to representing unions and individual employees. We represent or work closely with a long list of Connecticut’s local unions and with international unions that have members and legal issues in Connecticut, as well as individual employees in employment discrimination and related actions. We also represent or work closely with many Connecticut progressive organizations outside of labor.  

We are seeking applicants for a summer associate position. The purpose of this position is to continue providing reliable and cost-effective services to our labor clients and individual working families while mentoring law students who particularly want to serve the labor movement. First and second-year law students with a commitment to the labor and progressive movement are encouraged to apply.  

This is a 35-40 hour per week, 10-12 week paid position at the firm for the summer of 2025, with the possibility of working part-time during the academic year if both the firm and summer associate so desire. The summer associate will primarily work on union-related matters in both the private and public sectors, but some individual employment work is also anticipated. 

The salary is $850 per week.
