Livingston, Adler, Pulda, Meiklejohn & Kelly PC, a union-side law firm in Hartford, Connecticut, seeks an associate attorney with zero (0) to seven (7) years of experience and a demonstrated commitment to workers’ rights and social justice.

The associate will primarily work on union-related matters in both the private and public sectors, including litigation, arbitration, contract negotiations, and administrative proceedings. Some work representing individual employees in employment discrimination and related actions is also anticipated.

For over forty years, our practice has been dedicated to representing unions and individual employees. We also represent or work closely with many Connecticut progressive organizations outside of labor.

We offer excellent benefits and a hybrid telework schedule. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $115,000 depending on experience.
