Job Requirements: Candidates should have an excellent academic background, strong writing skills, and a demonstrated commitment to social justice. Two to four years experience litigating employment discrimination claims on behalf of plaintiffs and/or public sector experience with state or federal Equal Employment Opportunity agencies is preferred. Judicial clerkship or law review experience is a plus.

Salary and Benefits: Salary range $115,000 to $140,000 a year, depending on experience, plus bonus based on work quality and quantity. Excellent benefits. Work from home 2 days a week; work in office 3 days a week.
