Mooney, Green, Saindon, Murphy & Welch, PC, a union-side labor law and employee benefits law firm located in Washington, DC, is hiring a litigation attorney with one (1) to seven (7) years of relevant experience to join our practice. We are also open to substantially experienced candidates joining us laterally at the of-counsel level. Duties and responsibilities include evaluating the merits of potential cases, participating in all phases of federal court litigation, assisting with management of litigation dockets and working closely with other attorneys in the litigation team. Our litigation attorneys also represent both private and public union clients in arbitrations and proceedings before labor relations boards. Litigation experience in labor law, employment law, or FLSA matters   is preferred. This position includes direct client contact, a collegial and supportive atmosphere, and excellent benefits. The salary range for this position is $101,000 to $135,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses based on billable hours.
