O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue LLP, one of the oldest and largest union-side labor and employee benefits firms, currently has an opening in our Washington, D.C. or Philadelphia office for an experienced Labor Law Associate with two (2) to six (6) years’ experience in union-side labor law.  The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include advising and representing international, intermediate and local unions on everything from organizing new workers, administering the organization’s internal affairs, and representing those unions in litigation, arbitrations, and in other forums.   Candidates with experience practicing before the NLRB and its Regions will have immediate opportunities to help workers win the right to union representation in organizing campaigns.  Candidates should have a strong academic background, superior analytic, research, and writing skills, and share the Firm’s deep-seated belief that working people deserve strong unions and its commitment to provide those unions with exceptional legal representation.
