The Previant Law Firm, S.C., a Milwaukee based union-side labor and employment and fringe benefit fund law firm, seeks to add an associate ERISA/fringe benefits attorney to our fringe benefit trust fund practice. The position entails the counseling of pension, welfare, 401(k) and other fringe benefit plans including plan design, contract review, and legal compliance. We will consider recent graduates and candidates with 0 to 3 years of employee benefit plan experience possessing a strong academic record, and strong writing, research and analytical skills.
