Quinn, Connor, Weaver, Davies & Rouco LLP, a union-side labor law, employee benefits law and employment litigation firm with offices in Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia, is looking to hire an associate attorney with a demonstrated commitment to social justice and the labor movement.  The position is in our Atlanta office.  A lawyer with 2-5 years of experience would be ideal but third-year students and judicial clerks are encouraged to apply as are more experienced labor lawyers.

Duties and responsibilities for the attorney include representing union clients in arbitration proceedings, NLRB matters and litigation and providing advice on internal union governance issues.  In addition, duties may include employment and plaintiff litigation and ERISA-related litigation; working with and advising multiemployer plan trustees, plan personnel, and other plan professionals, as necessary.
