Reich, Adell & Cvitan
Glendale
Reich, Adell & Cvitan is seeking an associate with one to three years of litigation experience to work in its Glendale office. Our law firm represents a diverse mix of public and private sector unions and employee benefit trust funds. The attorney we seek to hire will focus on litigation to collect of delinquent employee benefit contributions and enforce employer audit and benefit payment obligations. Applicants must be admitted to the California Bar (or be an out-of-state attorney seeking admission in California) and have strong research and writing skills. We prefer candidates who work well as part of a team and are interested in contributing to the labor movement. ERISA and/or federal court litigation experience are strong plus factors.
Compensation for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000, depending on experience. We also offer excellent benefits, including employer-paid family medical/dental/vision, and a profit sharing and 401(k) plan. We foster a family-friendly firm culture, a collegial work environment and a commitment to excellence.
We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage diversity at our firm.
Reich Adell & Cvitan was founded nearly fifty years ago on the principle that working people deserve the same quality of legal representation that their employers can afford. From that beginning, the law firm has fought for the rights of individual employees, labor organizations, and union-related trust funds. Our work on behalf of employee benefit plans helps preserve hard earned Pension, Health &Welfare and other fringe benefits for workers. The attorney who fills this position should be committed to this good fight.
Applicants should submit a resume, two substantive writing samples, and law school transcript to employment@rac-law.com. No calls please.
