Reich, Adell & Cvitan is seeking an associate with 0-5 years of litigation experience to work in its Glendale office. Our law firm represents a diverse mix of public and private sector unions and employee benefit trust funds. Our work on behalf of employee benefit plans helps preserve hard earned Pension, Health & Welfare and other fringe benefits for workers. The attorney who fills this position should be committed to this good fight.
The attorney we seek to hire will focus primarily on federal court litigation to collect of delinquent employee benefit contributions and enforce employer audit and benefit payment obligations. Applicants must be admitted to the California Bar (or be an out-of-state attorney seeking admission in California) and have strong research and writing skills. We prefer candidates who work well as part of a team and are interested in contributing to the labor movement. ERISA and/or federal court litigation experience are strong plus factors.
Compensation for this position is between $104,000 and $145,000, depending on experience. We also offer excellent benefits, including employer-paid family medical/dental/vision, and a profit sharing and 401(k) plan.
