Rothner, Segall & Greenstone is a progressive labor law firm in Pasadena, California seeking an associate with zero to five years of experience to begin in fall 2025 or sooner. We represent both local and international unions in the private and public sectors as well as individuals and organizations in employment, civil rights, and governmental transparency litigation. Associate attorneys’ responsibilities include representing clients in arbitration, state and federal administrative proceedings, and state and federal court litigation as well as providing advice and counsel to union staff. Applicants should: be admitted to the California bar or have plans to take the California bar exam; have a strong academic background; and have a demonstrated commitment to public interest law. Associate attorney compensation for this position ranges from $86,600 to $112,600 per year and is commensurate with a candidate’s years of relevant experience in legal practice.
