We seek a labor lawyer with four or more years of experience. The attorney’s responsibilities would include representing clients in arbitration, state and federal administrative proceedings, and state and federal court litigation as well as providing advice and counsel to union staff. The attorney’s responsibilities may also include supervision and mentorship of younger attorneys, depending on experience. Applicants should: be admitted to the California bar or have plans to take the California bar exam; have a strong academic background; have superior analytic, research, and writing skills; and experience in labor and employment law.

Attorney compensation for this position begins at $120,000 per year and is commensurate with a candidate’s years of relevant experience in legal practice, as well as fully paid health benefits, retirement benefits with an employer match, and profit sharing.
