About the Firm
Schwartz, Steinsapir, Dohrmann & Sommers LLP is firmly committed to advancing the interests of workers. In pursuit of that goal, our attorneys use a wide array of tools including litigating to ensure that all workers are treated with respect and dignity on the job, bargaining for better wages and working conditions, organizing workers to engage in collective action, advising employee benefit plans, protecting workers’ health and safety, arbitrating grievances, and filing administrative charges. In addition, we also take on the many issues that come with representing workers’ interests, including civil rights and Constitutional law, land use, and legislative policy work, in order to obtain the results our union clients deserve.
