Senior Attorney

Sherman Dunn, P.C., a Washington, D.C. law firm with a national union-side labor law practice, seeks an attorney with at least 5 years of experience.  We represent labor organizations across a wide spectrum of industries including construction, utility, manufacturing, telecommunications, broadcast, and railroad. We litigate before trial and appellate courts throughout the United States as well as before the National Labor Relations Board and other agencies in cases of national importance.  We assist our clients at the bargaining table, help them advocate for legislation and regulations that advance the interests of working people, and advise their officers and staff on a wide range of policy and governance issues. 

Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to the practice of union-side labor law or related areas.   Excellent research and writing skills are essential.

The annual salary for this position ranges between $150,000 to $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications.  We also offer exceptional benefits, including an educational assistance plan for the repayment of qualified school loans and health insurance that is 100% employer funded.
