Associate Attorney (Zero to Three Years’ Experience)

SR Holguin, PC, a Los Angeles-based union-side labor law firm, is interviewing for an Associate Attorney to begin work in Fall 2025.

The ideal candidate will have a have a demonstrated commitment to the labor movement and a commitment to being part of a high-quality, aggressive, and innovative practice that represents progressive labor unions and litigates in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. The ideal candidate should also have excellent research and writing skills and a strong academic record.

We are accepting applications from upcoming and recent law school graduates, judicial law clerks, newly admitted and experienced attorneys. If not already an active member of the California Bar, any applicant hired will be required to become admitted to the California Bar. Candidates of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including those from diverse backgrounds (for example on the basis of race, ethnicity, sexuality and gender identity, religion, and ability).

The salary range for an Associate Attorney with zero to three years’ experience is $85,000 to $110,000 per year plus generous benefits.
