Streepy Lemonidis Consulting & Law Group, PLLC (“SLCLG”) is an experienced union-side labor and employment law firm representing private and public sector labor organizations, employee benefit funds, nonprofit organizations, and select individual employees. SLCLG also has an active workplace training and consulting business that focuses on diversity, equity and inclusion programming and principles for employers and other organizations. Our hybrid office is based out of Seattle, Washington in the historic Labour Temple building. 

SLCLG seeks a full-time Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of legal experience to join our practice. Ideal candidates must possess strong research and writing skills, the ability to communicate with individuals from all backgrounds, and passion for the labor movement. 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of legal experience
• Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility to be admitted
• Commitment to representing working people
• Previous labor and employment law experience preferred but not required

Compensation: $95,000.00-$125,000.00 depending on experience. Excellent benefits, including 100% employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision, 401K eligibility after one year of employment, generous sick and vacation.
