Teamsters Local 330 represents private and public sector employees in various industries in the far western suburbs. We are seeking an experienced Labor Law Attorney that has extensive experience in the field of Labor or Human Resources to join our staff.

Responsibilities will include assisting the principal officer with the administration of the local union which will include negotiating collective bargaining agreements, addressing member and employer questions and concerns, processing grievances, prepping for arbitrations, enforcing contracts, handling of National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issues, etc.
