2 Labor Attorneys: 1 - 5 years of experience & 5+ years of experience

TWU Local 100, a progressive labor union representing transit employees and others in the public and private sectors, is seeking two (2) Labor Attorneys to join our Legal department. Our offices are located in Brooklyn, NY.

The attorneys will be delegated to handle disciplinary arbitrations, organizing campaigns, hearings before the NLRB and NYS PERB, as well as contract bargaining.

We are seeking candidates at two experience levels:

• One candidate with one (1) to five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Salary ranges for candidates with (1) to five (5) years is between $87K and $100K, depending on experience.

• One candidate with five (5) or more years of experience
  • The salary range for candidates with five or more years is $109K to 128K, depending on experience.

Both candidates must be licensed to practice law in New York State. Applicants from traditionally underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged to apply.
