Willig, Williams & Davidson, a large Philadelphia-based union-side labor firm, is actively seeking candidates to join its traditional labor law practice.  WWD’s labor lawyers proudly support the work of over 100 private and public sector unions and their affiliated benefit plans in the mid-Atlantic Region, the South and in Chicago.  Our clients include municipal and state government employees, educators at all levels, longshore workers, university professors, teamsters, transit workers, museum workers, casting directors, orchestra musicians, professional athletes, grocery and retail workers, machinists, public safety professionals, and healthcare and homecare workers, among many others.

The position offers opportunities for significant case-handling responsibilities and direct client interaction, in a team-based, varied practice, which includes general advice and counseling, handling arbitrations, trainings, negotiations, and proceedings before national and state labor boards, as well as litigation in trial and appellate courts. Our firm’s model encourages attorneys to build close relationships with our union clients, so they understand that their fight is our fight. Strong research/writing skills are required. Admission in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey preferred.
