Description:

Wohlner Kaplon Cutler Halford Rosenfeld & Levy is seeking an ERISA collection/litigation associate to primarily work on collection cases for Taft-Hartley Multiemployer Trusts. The desired candidate will have one (1) to seven (7) years of collection and/or general litigation experience. The candidate must be a member of the California Bar. Law school courses such as labor law and employee benefits are helpful.
