Abato, Rubenstein and Abato, P.A., a labor and employee benefits law firm in Towson, Maryland, is seeking an associate with one to three years’ experience. The successful candidate will advise clients on ERISA and employee benefits compliance, draft and review pension and welfare plan documents, and conduct legal research. Experience or coursework in employee benefits and/or labor law is preferred. Admission to the Maryland bar is required. Salary range is $100,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience, plus employer-paid health insurance and a 401(k) plan with a generous employer contribution.
