Labor and Litigation Associate

Blitman & King LLP is seeking an attorney interested in representing organized labor throughout New York State.

With offices in Syracuse, Rochester, Albany and New York, Blitman & King LLP is looking for an associate to join our statewide practice. Labor associates’ responsibilities would include representing labor unions in both the public and private sectors before impartial arbitrators, administrative agencies, and state and federal courts as well as negotiating contracts and arbitrating disputes with employers. Ideal candidates would have zero to five years of experience with labor relations, employment law, or related litigation. ERISA litigation experience a plus.
