Blake & Uhlig P.A. is a Midwest law firm based in Overland Park, Kansas representing labor unions and multiemployer employee benefit plans nationwide. Blake & Uhlig welcomes applications from law students wishing to serve as a summer law clerk at our firm.  During the summer of 2027, the summer law clerk will be given exposure to Blake & Uhlig's practice areas, perform legal research assignments, and assist with various proceedings and events, including arbitrations, trials and client meetings.

Requirements Include:  We expect applicants to have a demonstrated interest in the fields of labor law and/or employee benefits.

Applications Must Include: Cover letter, resume with your law school grade point average and class ranking, law school transcript, writing sample, and two professional and/or academic references.  (If your law school does not assign grade point averages and/or rank students, please note that on your resume and provide a no-ranking letter or similar explanation of your school’s grading policy.)
