Kroll Heineman Ptasiewicz Parsons & Jameson LLC seeks a full time associate with 0-2 years of experience to join our firm. Our practice includes the representation of labor unions and their affiliated employee benefit plans. The associate will primarily work in benefit plan litigation and collections and must have a commitment to the labor movement.

The position involves federal and state court litigation, arbitrations, bankruptcy proceedings, and judgment enforcement proceedings. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills to manage significant case-handling responsibilities and sharp interpersonal skills for direct client interaction. Admission in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania is preferred.
