Ledbetter Partners LLC, a Taft-Hartley employee benefits law firm with offices in Indianapolis and Cincinnati, is seeking an associate attorney to join our team. Our new hire will be involved with litigation (nearly all in federal court), document drafting, conducting research, advising clients, and supporting our team of attorneys as needed. If hired, you can expect immediate responsibility while working alongside some of the best in the business. Although our Indianapolis office is preferred, we are flexible about location and willing to consider a hybrid arrangement for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, the ability to work independently, and a team-oriented personality. A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky state bar is required. We are seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of legal experience. Candidates with labor and employment or collections litigation experience are especially encouraged to apply. Salary range will vary depending on relevant experience.
