McCracken, Stemerman, & Holsberry, LLP seeks qualified candidates for the position of Office Manager. This is a full-time exempt position with benefits.

Responsibilities:
FINANCIAL:
Supervision of accounts payable and accounts receivable; all levels of banking, including trust accounting; cash flow monitoring; management and processing of all financial transactions including credit cards, ACH, wires and transfers; payroll preparation and processing through Paychex; budget and financial report preparation; work with CPA for yearly taxes; preparation and filing of annual 1099's
CLIENT RELATIONS/CLIENT SERVICES:
Administering, operation and management of TimeSlips timekeeping system. Supervising monthly invoices preparation by the billing coordinator (contractor). Reviewing and finalizing monthly invoices. Preparing and submitting costs back-up accompanying client monthly invoices. Preparing billing statements and account reconciliations per client requests. Monitoring of past due account, preparation of weekly aging reports and client payments received.
HUMAN RESOURCES/PERSONNEL SUPERVISION:
Supervision of non-attorney personnel (Union), staff relations, interviewing secretarial and other support staff for hiring; work flow management, project assignments, conflict management; performance evaluations; development and implementation of offices policies and procedures. Keeping track of PTO for both staff and attorneys; preparing semi-monthly and monthly reports of same.
BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION AND COORDINATION:
Administration of health, dental, vision and long-term disability coverage.
RETIREMENT BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION:
Administration of 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans for staff, associates and partners. Preparation of annual reports for tax return; working directly with TPA and providing all necessary information for self-directed plan. Preparing and submitting semi-monthly employees contributions to various investment companies.
INSURANCE:
Preparation and submission of annual application for professional liability, general liability, cyber and workers’ comp insurance.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT:
Office and equipment lease negotiations; maintenance agreements on all equipment, supply purchase supervision.
