Reid, Ballew & Leahy L.L.P. is a mission driven firm that advocates for the rights of working people throughout the Pacific Northwest, by representing labor unions and Taft-Hartley trusts. Our collaborative team currently consists of four lawyers and three staff. We are seeking an associate with strong legal skills and a dedicated interest in representing organized labor. Responsibilities include representing unions in hearings before arbitrators, administrative law judges, courts, mediators, and other neutrals as well as counseling clients on labor related matters. Candidates should have strong experience in advocacy, contract interpretation, research, writing, and communicating with a variety of different audiences. An active WSBA license is required.

The expected base salary range is between $90,000-$110,000 plus an additional 10% of salary paid directly into a SEP IRA.
