Associate Attorney (Zero to Five Plus Years’ Experience)  

SR Holguin, PC, a Los Angeles-based union-side labor law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team.

We are seeking candidates with a genuine commitment to the labor movement who are excited to contribute to a high-quality, innovative practice representing progressive labor unions in litigation, administrative proceedings, arbitration and negotiation.  Strong research and writing skills, solid academic credentials, and a desire to grow into increased responsibility with mentorship and support are essential.

We are accepting applications from upcoming and recent law school graduates, judicial law clerks, newly admitted and experienced attorneys. Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar or be eligible for admission and willing to obtain it promptly upon hire.  Candidates of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including those from diverse backgrounds (for example on the basis of race, ethnicity, sexuality and gender identity, religion, and ability).

We currently operate on a hybrid schedule, though work arrangements may evolve based on client and firm needs.  We value in-office collaboration and mentorship, particularly for junior attorneys.

The salary range for an Associate Attorney is $92,000 to $150,000 per year plus generous benefits.
