The Youngdahl Law Firm is a union-side law firm that has represented unions and workers for over sixty years. The firm is primarily engaged in the representation of labor unions in the Southern United States and their associated benefit funds. Summer law clerks at the Youngdahl Law Firm can expect to work across our legal team on various legal research and writing tasks. Additionally, there are opportunities for law clerks to plug-in on active issues they are interested in, including litigation and arbitration on behalf of workers, traditional NLRB labor law matters, and issues under ERISA.

This position is fully remote, anticipated 30 to 35 hours per week. We are flexible as to starting and ending dates, though preference will be given to candidates who are available for at least eight weeks. Salary for the Position: $30 per hour.
